What a fabulous weekend we had! ![]()
Thank you to everyone who came to support me on Friday with Brian at the Allendale Cafe and on Saturday, braving the searing heat to watch the band at Romsey Beggars Fair. The best thing about being a performer is having the opportunity to catch up with friends, old and new so it was particularly lovely to reconnect with Clare, my English teacher from secondary school, after thirty something years (and before you ask, neither of us have changed a bit😂), close friends from school, A fabulous pianist from a lovely holiday I went on, and three wonderfully encouraging friends from our Friday nights. It meant so much to have you all come along A massive thank you to the organisers of Romsey Beggars fair- volunteers who pull off the incredible feat of getting hundreds of artists to many venues in Romsey for one day of the year. Congratulations- it was a great day.
