Grateful thanks go to everyone who helped out with this video. Especially to the fabulous friends and neighbours who gave up a Sunday afternoon to dance on a cliff top and to the utterly wonderful dance instructor – Clare Hennah.

A massive thank you to the  Friday Night Audience at Cafe @ The Allendale who are famed for their loveliness and who left their tables and fresh beverages to troupe outside and sing the chorus bits.
