Two Shows in ONE DAY!

I am delighted to announce that this Saturday afternoon, on the 28th April, The Polly Morris Band are joining together with Bournemouth Male Voice Choir for a Concert at the Shelley Theatre in Boscombe in order to raise money for The Royal Bournemouth Hospital.

Bournemouth General Hospital is in need of a “Mini Scanner” and it is hoped that this Concert will go a long way to providing the money to buy it.
Described as musical and funny in equal measures, but also playing heartbreakingly poignant songs, The Polly Morris Band has earned the tag line “ Expect the Unexpected”. A fun band, with extra fun-ness thrown in, the Band prompted one audience member to state “They make you feel so much part of the band that you feel as if you are on stage with them while still sitting in your seats!.The Polly Morris Band will also be putting on a show at the Shelley Theatre in the evening.
The Bournemouth Male Voice Choir is best known for its genuinely diverse programming, use of stagecraft and themed concerts. They have also raised a huge amount for various charities. The Choir Members take their singing (but not themselves) seriously with a relaxed, focussed but good-humoured air permeating all the choirs activities.
Tickets are £10 and available from (telephone 01202 413600)
The Show starts at 2.30 pm but do come early because Kizzi Bennet will be playing the harp in the bar from 2.00 pm.
